Well......it's on the North East Coast of England. It's cold a lot of the time, and we're not too far away from Scotland! I've lived here all my life, apart from about from a break of 8 years , but that was only to move about 7 miles away! Sunderland was principally a mining town, but that has all gone now. IT is the new business around here, and we used to hold the title of largest town in Britain, but we then became a City in 1992. Quite a big University which has a large population of foreign students. |
