lies the small town of fenggang fenggang is not a city. it is a town. it is a town of factories, factories and more factories. fenggang is in dongguan. dongguan has 32 other districts. of the 32, ive only been to one other district - zhangmutou, also known as little hongkong. it is about an hour away from fenggang. dongguan is guangdong province. guangdong has 21 prefecture level cities (dongguan is one of them). what the heck is a prefecture city? it is an administrative division of China. prefecture-level cities are governed directly by province-level divisions of the people's republic of china. whatever that means... |
