Kunming is the city of Eternal Spring due to its comfortable weather all year round. Is it true? I can't say it for sure because I was there in early Spring when the weather was very nice. Kunming is the first city that I stepped foot on in China. My first impression was it was bigger than it looks on my map! Roads are wide, people everywhere, bicycles are everywhere! It is certainly more modern than I could ever imagine. I like that Kunming is lively yet without the hostility of eastern coast of China.
