While transportation was during "the tie season" which you will learn once you get there, taxi rates are REDICULOUS. plan on renting a car, and just relaxing. Spend the extra money to stay at the resort as the food stinks and there really isn't that much to do if you don't. Just to stress the fact, The Food Stinks. And do not buy a Konck shell. Just make a journey to the other side of the island. they use the shells like we use dirt. There are literaly millions of them everywhere.

Pros and Cons

Pros:shopping, casinos, relaxing
Cons:food, transportation
In a nutshell:wouldn't go back to freeport. choose an island further south.
