Rio Bravo's facade in Taksim
I know Turkiye, the land of belly dancers, is an unusual place to enjoy Latin music, but Rio Bravo on Istiklal offers just that -- good, lively Latin music -- along with several rounds of ice-cold Corona (to round up the Latin spirit, quite literally!). The crowd is usually mixed local, tourist/expat, and some couples even unabashly put up a show for the crowd (i.e., Public Display of Affection), while others dance to the beat of salsa, cha-cha and rhumba.
Dress Code: No strict dress code. Appropriate wear would be smart casual.
