suita hotel: air crew's abode at langgur

hotel is clean. rate is at 175 000rp/nite. this hotel is always occupied & thus safe as it is where the airlines staff are being put up. it is also a convenient location to taking the bemo to pasir panjang beach, to the airport, to pelni office & to the jetty to kei besar. all within walking distance. it is also near to the market.

the only turn-off is the suita travel agency whose staff could be rather unhelpful & rude once they realise you're merely checking the rates, not buying. they also quote ridiculously high prices for the air-tickets.

coaster cottage: a little haven tucked in a corner

a good tranquil place to stay at the beach. it now has electricity. there are only 2 rooms for rent at the wooden hut, costing 75 000rp per nite each. & a more modern 2-bedroom 'villa' at 250 000rp per nite. prices for food could be a little steep compared to warungs in the city.
