Most people imagine an oasis like few palm trees, water spring, couple camels and Beduins and all around endless sand-sea. Well, Siwa doesn't fit in this image. Actally, it sets total new definition to a concept oasis. It's huge. We've been told that there are more than 300.00 date palms, over 30.000 olive trees. Siwa is also home to some 10.000 people. |
