"Rijeka -- not just a transit town" AlanCroatia's Profile

Rijeka, the town where I live, is known like a big port. Not many turists comes to see Rijeka. Unfortunately, the disctruction of some hotels after the second wolrd war created a situation that turists evoided Rijeka.

But Rijeka is also a town where You can stay for few days and relax at our beaches, which are amazing. I am living in a part of town called Peæine, and we have a few nice beaches here, and one hotel at the beach (hotel Jadran).

I also rent a room at my apartment to backpackers, so if anybody is passing by, I can provide accomodation.

The beach is just 10 meters away and there is a nice big garden arround the building where I live. and an amazing sea-view.
