Have Fun! The best way to travel.

Clean Fun in Hawaii
I'm a Singaporean and I like travelling. The world is getting smaller everytime I logged in and this is my virtual home. I may not be able to travel to every parts of the world, though I would like to, but by reading other members' pages do give me much satisfaction. I would like to share my little travelogue in all these pages for you to read. Feel free to comment if you wish to. In keeping up with the spirit of VT, all images and photographs are my own creation. I hope this copyright will not be infringed. Have a nice journey into my world of travel.
Traditional & Culture Span Across the World

Where and when to catch the "Lion"

Lion Dance is a traditional Chinese culture. You will see this creature roaming the shopping centres, markets, hawker centres in the various towns and of course temples during the 1st to 15th day of Chinese New Year. This applies to Singapore and I believe that it also happens in all Chinatowns from other parts of the world. There you see, the world is already so inter-twined and close-knitted by established culture and tradition before the internet. Nevertheless, internet has brought us closer via Virtualtourist.
Respect and Tolerance in Multi Racial Society

Religious Harmony

This Hindu temple is part of a multi-racial religious worship site at Loyang, Singapore. The place is call Loyang Tua Pek Kong Temple(Chinese Taoism) is located at the North-east of Singapore, a industrial park near to Changi Point. It also house a Muslim Kramat. People of different races and religions need to learn to lives together with respect and tolerance in order to achieve harmory and peace. Terrorism to acheive one's yearn for enlightenment is a sin/karma.
85% of Singaporeans' Dwelling

House or Home

Singapore is a small nation with little land space. The most logical way to accomodate the population is going skyward. So don't be surprised to see high rise building all over the place. Afterall, 85% of the population stay in this so called HDB(Housing Development Board) flats. In this country, housing and cars are the most expensive items to own. As such, I , liked other Singaporeans love to stay in motels and drive around while travel in other countries.
