I liked Fox Glacier village...i'd like to spend a whole week here; there's so much to explore in the mountains; It's close to both glaciers...but seems like Fox Glacier township is less touristy than Frank Joseph

For getting to the glacier u have two choices; if u'r lazy and all u want is cool photos and u have lots of money, then do "Helihike"' u'll be taken to the top part of the glacier with a heli.

If u'd like to sweat a little bit then hike..because some parts of the trail are little scary it's advised that u get a guide...u can go without the guide too, but if u get into a organised tour then u'll get boots and sock and crampons and poles and cool historical busses and u have to think about nothing. For guided tours stop by Alpine Guides Fox Glacier at the main street,,,there's no way to miss the red busses.
