i'm really happy with my stay at Eva's; it's clean and safe and quite at night. the bathrooms are clean- with tissue paper and towels and soap; kitchen is available all the time and there are security cameras as well; breakfast included in the price

some rooms have private bathrooms

Unique Qualities: i liked the location ! very close to downtown and the botanical gardens (10min or so); i was told that Kings Cross is a bad place to stay, but Eva's is at quite street close to Victoria street which i happen to like a lot

oh, of course it has the greatest view from the rooftop
