CN Tower: CN Tower, Toronto
  • Tip Rating:
  • There are tons of things to do in Toronto, but no visit would be complete without an ascent to the top of what is for now, the World's Tallest Free Standing Structure. The Tower is right downtown, easily accessible via public transit, but there's lots of parking available too if you're driving. There are 2 levels you can access via a high speed glass elevator which runs up the outside of the tower. At the top, there's an observation deck, restaurant, and even a glass floor where you can stand a look alllllll the way down to the street. I knew I was safe inside, but I still couldn't stand on it!!

    Ontario Place: Ontario Place, Toronto
  • Tip Rating:
  • If you've got kids, you must take them to Ontario Place. It's a great place to spend the day, complete with a Water Park, bumper boats, IMAX theater, and many other activities. Being right downtown, across from the Exhibition grounds, it's a perfect summer location. Many people combine a visit to Ontario Place with their day at The Ex for a day full of family fun.

I took out-of-town visitors to the Ex. For them, the skywalker was the highlight, not even the Ex!

I Love Toronto. There is so much to do and see. I laid on the glass floor of the tower and had my picture taken.
