Land Titles Building

This is the oldest provincial government office building in Saskatoon, from 1909. It housed the Land Titles Office until 1959.

An important person for Canada's history

This is the monument for Ray Hnatyshyn, the 24th Governor General who served from 1990 to 1995. He was born in Saskatoon in 1934.

Eaton's Store

This building was built by the T. Eaton Company, a large Canadian department store chain, maybe during the 40's. From approximately 1966, it was an Army&Navy department store. Later when this company moved, the building was empty few years. As you can see, now it is the Saskatoon Board of Education.

This monument was dedicated to youth of Saskatoon, located at Kiwanis Park near the river Saskatchewan.

Near Midtown Plaza..

...is located this monument, which represents two Prime Ministers of Canada, Sir Wilfrid Laurier and Master John Diefenbaker. I will add later biography of these two important Prime Ministers for the history of Canada. There is also a museum "John Diefenbaker" located near the University of Saskatoon.
