Skopje was totally destroied in 1963, by an earthquake, and since then it's been slowly recavering and rebuilding. The old Skopjians still remeber the old Skopje and the charming architecture. All that beauty was replaced by gray buildings during the communist era. |

It's a loooong time since I was in Skopje. I remember Jazz festival there. Many great musicians played there. And I used to like Mizar very much! Surprised? Many greetings from Ljubljana! :) |
