Remember all the people who took a year off after graduation and back-packed around Europe or Australia? Well, I wasn't one of them. "I'll travel later..." "Make some money first and then I'll go..." Hmmm, "later" seems to have been an elusive target date.
I was sitting at work one day trying to figure out what I should do with some vacation days that I had to "use or lose" and I thought "what a stupid problem to have!!" ...I booked a trip to Copenhagen Denmark and now, ...well now I want more!
I found VT when I was looking up info on Copenhagen and picked up some great tips and information. So thanks VT. I was also inspired to borrow a friend's digital camera for the trip so that I could record my little adventure.
I chose to include the above picture on my homepage since it is one of my favorites from the trip and I also thought it was pretty good symbolism. haaa
I'd be interested to hear comments or suggestions on my pages, so please let me know what you think.
Oh yeah, I've read a number of other members' travel pages and it seems "tourist" has a bit of a negative flavour to it. Be forewarned... my lack of travel experience or travel savvy makes me a pretty big tourist! If there was a trap around .. .I was looking for it!
