I have been visiting the UK regularly for many years now, but my first visit to London dates back to January 2006 only -- before I simply didn't want to drive my car into this massive urban area and I was put off by the outrageous accommodation prices. Thanks to the budget airlines, I can leave my car at home and when shopping around on the internet a bit, it is at least possible to avoid some of the most criminal hotel rates. Since January 2006, I have been to London at least 7 times and I am always looking for cheap weekend rates in order to come back to this world class city. |
