As a Dane, I have to say that what happened was something between the driver and you. WC users are better catered for in CPH than anywhere else. The drivers attitude was clearly wrong. if it´s any consolation, "HUR" is now out of business...

Ja hvad i alverden skal man vælge om man er indendørs hjemme pga. regnen eller i syden pga man vil være ved klimaanlæget? Tror jeg hopper i en regnfrakke og cykler ud i badelandet ;-)

hi! i come from denmark.. and i'm not defending that fool, i just wanted to tell you that what you described is indeed a rariety. normally, the drivers in city are rushed but professional and used to providing the necessary service..

Ahhh so that's what the diddy rooms at the Cab looked like inside! clean enough though :o) Crap about your experience with the buses - what a let down for an otherwise great city. Nice page Win thanks.

Win, I'm sorry to hear the problem you experienced with the bus. Hopefully it was an isolated problem with that particular driver. Otherwise, you had a good time, right?

Hope you sent them a sharp warning, they explicitely say on their webpages that most buses are accessible for wheelchairs by the mid doors, and that there are belts to secure the chairs during the journey!

Win, that is discusting the way you were treated by that specific bus driver, I am sorry you had to experience such discrimination, as that surely is what it was. Maybe a letter to the company itself expressing your disappointment in their conduct.
