    • Favorite Thing: Disabled Access in Neuenahr-Ahrweiler is excellent --surprisingly especially in the old town of Ahrweiler. One of the few places in Germany that really make disabled visitors welcome. All large public car parks around the city walls have disabled parking spaces. There are enough disabled restrooms arond. The pedestrianised streets have cobblestones, but not those really nasty ones. The Ahr valley is wide and almost flat here.
