Tips 1 - 2 of 2 New York City Hotels & Accommodations

There are so many hotels in New York that I'm sure you can do better than this one. This was my only trip (so far) to the Big Apple and I some day hope to return, however I will not stay at this hotel. This room was dirty and smokey (even though we were on a non smoking floor). But the location was fun...near Central Park and Time Square.

There are not enough praises that I could give this hotel. Our stay there was perfect! The rooms were spacious (for New York) and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location could not have been more central to all of the sites.
Unique Qualities: Only a few blocks from Grand Central Terminal-so easy to catch a subway. Not on a highly busy street so some what quieter than other touristy hotels nearby. Within walking distance to Central Park, Shopping, Time Square, and Empire State Building. One thing I really appreciated was the offer of a car by the hotel when it was time to leave for the airport.
