"Pisa" a Pisa Travel Page by Brehone

I visited Pisa in May 2004. Having been there 4 years before, I actually wasn't really interested in a return visit, but my family insisted that we stop so that they could see the Leaning Tower. As before, it was pretty amazing and the town is quite charming. So....I was actually glad that they talked me into our brief Pisa stop. The tower is open for climbing (although I don't remember how much it was). It's very easy to find from the train and there are signs in town to follow (an easy walk). If you are nearby as we were (only about an hour from Florence by train) it's worth a stop.
