Where and Who We Are...

The Isle of Man is part of the British Isles and is situated in the Irish Sea between England and Island.

The Nationality of people born on the Isle of man is Manx.

The Island is not commonly known as a holiday hot spot except during the TT period (more details on this to follow). The weather here is pretty similar to that of the UK, although as an Island we are known to have quite a lot of Sea Mist and Fog.

Nightlife

The best place for Pubs and Clubs is Douglas although most villages on the Island have numberous local pubs.

Douglas - Nights out

Outback - Kind of an anything goes bar dress code is casual and they do a large numbers of shots in here so its a good place to start off your night. Well worth a visit. Might be worth pointing out though that as it is small it does get extremely hot as there seems to be no air conditioning.

Havana - Spanish Bar with two floors this is place to go for your cocktails another good place to start your night out. they do a happy hour for cocktails which is a cool time to go. They have a spanish theme menu doing your typical Tapas etc. I went recently and had the Cuban Burger and it was gorgeous. well worth a visit.

C'est La Vie - This is a strange one sometimes its good sometimes the atmosphere is a bit weird. It is ok to go in if you want a quiet drink during the week. They do food at lunch times and nights but if your on a lunch hour or in a rush give the food a miss as they are very slow.

Rovers Return - Little back street pub, staff are really friendly and its good for food. Perfect for meeting a friend for lunch as they are really quick at serving up food. No Children allowed though. There is a pool table in a room out the back so you can play in there.
