Peru`s great landscape and real touch of wildlife Pisco is an important port 235 km south of Lima. The area is also of historical and archaeological interest, having hosted one of the most higly develop pre-inca civilizations: the Paracas culture and later acting as a base for the revolutionary fever of the 1800s. This is a great spot from where you can visit the abundant wildlife of the nearby Islas Ballestas and Reserva Nacional de Paracas. |
