A unesco cultural heritage since 1991

Beautiful colonial architecture abounds with many original buildings still intact. All buildings within the central core of the city are either whitewashed or painted white. Sucre still convenes the Supreme Court so it is said this is the city where the real heart of Bolivian goverment is.

Sucre has many university`s which enjoy reputation as focal points of progressive thought within the country. Anyhow Sucre has population of 225000 people and lies aproximatly 2800 meters above the sea level.And it carries a name such as The Athens of America with great purpose.
