Novo Hotel Rossi: Free bicycles Novo Hotel Rossi Review

I booked this hotel at fairly short notice through the City of Verona Booking Office (www.cav.vr.it), which at that point had a better selection and better prices than any of the commercial booking websites.

I still ended up paying an average of 85 Euros per night for a single room with breakfast (more than in Paris, for instance), but that seems to be a good price for Verona in the opera season.

The hotel is only 200 meters from the railway station, and they have free bicycles for the guests. The breakfast buffet was fine, and the people at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Second photo: Here are a few of the bikes in the hotel basement. They have about twenty bikes altogether, but not all of them are in good condition. I tried three or four before I found one I liked.
