I only made a day trip to the city and then went on a Chinese tour. I had a friend to translate, but it still went by to quick and was a little confusing. The lake was great even with it misting.
This is one of the two greatest tourist sites to the Chinese, the other being Guilin in the south. It's got a lake, hills around it, and lot of people selling 'silk' umbrellas.
- Pros:Beauty, Charm, Relaxation
- Cons:A bit touristy
