This hotel was very comfortablre and ideal for what I went to London for. A little expensive, but the comforts well compensiated for the money. I had travel to London to shop for a particular item at John Lewis shops, and this hotel is right opposite the shopping centre.

This is the reception of the hotel, as I said, efficiency is the watch word. They rae very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very comfortable.They have 153 bedrooms and 8 excecutive bedrooms. Its just like you are at home. I normally choose holiday Inn because you have a goodnight sleep after much hazzles in the day.
Unique Qualities: The breakfast is wonderful.

This is the lobby to the lift on the 6th floor. Every where in the hotel is well detailed and the feeling of luxry is felt from the reception to the room.
Unique Qualities: Neatness, and excellent staff.

This is the entrance to the dinning section, it is well designed and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here.
