The West of France is rarely visited bt tourist. This is understandable, as the Cham of Paris wouldnt allow. I visited La Rochelle first time in July 2004, and it was very impressive. The beach the Sail boats and the life around the coast is very difference from the Rigid Paris life. |
| | Centre Ville This is the centre of La Rochelle, this area is out of bounds to cars and vehiles, you can only pedesrians and some people on bicycles. This monument is a beautiful work of ancient art. It does attract a lot of tourist. |
La Rochelle Gardens This garden is amazing, well trimed and well kept. It lies right at the back of the beach. | | |
