Située sur la rive droite de la Seine, à 8 km de Paris-Notre-Dame, Neuilly est limitée au Nord-Est par Levallois-Perret, à l’Est par Paris, au Sud par le Bois de Boulogne et à l’Ouest par la Seine et La Défense. Sa superficie est de 375ha dont 28ha d’espaces verts. Son altitude est de 32/34m.
Selon le dernier recensement de mars 1999, sa population est de 60364 habitants. Ceux-ci sont désignés sous le nom de Neuilléens.

Depuis 1964, la Ville est administrativement rattachée au Département des Hauts de Seine et compte deux cantons : Neuilly-Nord et Neuilly-Sud.

Sur le plan urbain, Neuilly est avant tout une ville résidentielle se caractérisant par une architecture et un urbanisme de grande qualité qui concourt à lui donner un cadre de vie agréable, dans un environnement privilégié.

An amazing sunset over La Defence. This could be view right from the pont de Neuilly. The garden here do serve as a lovers paradise.

Bois de Boulogne

The popular bois de boulogne is situated a few hundred meters from my appartment, it is a nice place for family outings and camping. A lot of tourist come here to do horse riding and other form of holiday relaxation.

Pros and Cons

Pros:This is a very quiet and perhaps safest surburbs of Paris
Cons:Too quiet. Very expensive accomodations.
In a nutshell:Lovely..

I especially like the picture La Defence at sunset. I definetely left this place too early in the late afternoon. Toyin, I sent the info to your neuilly-yahoo, but it gave strange replies again...

The sunset over La Defence looks lovely. I've walked through Neuilly a few times on my visits to Paris and it looks like a nice place to live.

I enjoyed your Neuilly-sur-Seine page. Years ago,I stayed with friends who lived in a very modern apartment building there. At the time it seemed inconvenient to Paris touring, but for living it seems like a great place.
