This is definitely one of the most beautiful place in Dubai. It consists of shopping market for local arts/crafts (Souk Madinat Jumeirah), restaurants/cafés, amphitheatre, pools, fountains, and some resorts/hotels. All are built with local Arabian architecture and beautiful landscapes.

So if you want to look around for local arts/crafts, or indulge yourself at nice restaurants/cafés, or just want to relax while seeing the views including the infamous Burj Al Arab from near distance, then this place must be your first choice.

Free entrance to the complex. However some areas like beach side are restricted for hotel guests though.

Address: Madinat Jumeirah complex
Directions: About 15 km West of Dubai city center. From Jumeirah road or Shaikh Zayed higway, take straight towards Umm Suqeim/Mina Seyahi/Jebel Ali until you reach Burj Al Arab hotel. The place is next to it.

This is one of open public beach in Dubai. You can do sunbathing, swimming, bodysurfing, windsurfing, jetski, or just have a picnic at sunset time on this long sandy beach. You can watch also Burj Al Arab from distance.

There are no public facilities nor equipment rental places, so you need to carry your own including fresh water for rinsing your body after swimming. However, the open beach just before Jumeirah Beach Hotel has this facility (fresh water shower).

Directions: About 10-15 km from Dubai city center along Jumeirah Beach Road. The beach stretches behind the villas on the right side from before Umm Suqeim public park towards Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
