My first glimpse of Scotland was through the train window. Rolling hills, lush forests, and green fields extended to the horizon. Houses dotted the landscape here and there. We arrived in Edinburgh after spending a week in London and although I loved London, Edinburgh was certainly a welcome change of pace! |
| | Castles and bagpipes Upon arrival in Edinburgh, we are greeted with the sound of bagpipes and a fantastic view of Edinburgh castle from the train station. What a first impression! |
