Stayed for 5 nights in May 2004. It is across the street from the Secession Building and around 3 minutes to Karlsplatz station. Around a 10 minute walk to Stephanplatz. The rooms were in great condition, and there was even a walk-in closet. Nice hotel with modern facilities. The only complaint is that the TV kept jumping to static for some reason. I booked online and got rates of around 85 Euros per room per night which was a pretty good deal. Ask for a room facing the back so it's quieter. Recommended.
Unique Qualities: Great price for a good location with nice, modern, and clean rooms. Staff was very friendly also.
