This hotel has two buildings side by side. One is a standard hotel, the other has suites. The suites are more like long stay rooms in the U.S. This is where I stayed.
List price is $120.00 USD a night in a suite. For this you get a nice little kitchen, living/dinning room, baloney, bedroom, a large bath room with a whirlpool, free in room high speed internet and 70 channels on TV. While not fancy, it does serve the purpose very well. Also you get housekeeping to tidy up every day.
The downsides are they take advantage of guests with their exchange rate. See my warning in my Peru tips. I'm not talking about the normal higher than everyone else rate, but much higher. Then there is the street noise... Horns blowing, dogs barking, car alarms going off... you get the idea. If you are a light sleeper you might look else where.
Unique Qualities: Location is one of the safest areas in Lima, and close to most anything you could want.
Staff is very friendly and multi lingual.
