Strikes strikes Review

During the economical crises in 1996 strakes were quite a frequent event.

It still happens but very rarely. Now the labour unions had organised a couple of strikes to show that people are not happy with the social policy of the state.

So, I took this picture 3 days ago. I just heard the noise while I was sitting in the office. I opened my window and saw these people gathered in front of the Ministry of Justice. Not a very big crowd and there was enough policy force to secure the place.

In case that you ever come across to such event just walk around of the crowd, nothing will happen to you. Just do not try to provoke them. For example, taking pics from a close distance is not a good idea.

Bulgarian police car parking Review

Well, actually I saw the car a couple of times around my office and was thinking to take a picture of it but somebody put this idea into life before I did :))) So, I got the picture in my mail.

That picture is taken on Slaveikov square where parking of cars is forbiden :)))

Sometimes I wonder how stupid our policemen can get. The streets of Sofia are not that flat you can see holes almost everywhere, so you can imagine what would be the use of this car if you try to chase someone with it. It will brake down after the first 100 meters :)

And to turn a porche into a police car and paint it like that, what can I say :)))

I think there is only one in Sofia so far, I hope they do not get accustomed to this type of cars because it would be a pity for us, the taxpayers.
