San Lorenzo de El Escorial town that sits close to the nearby La Sierra Mountains. The town is well known for El Escorial, the summer home of royalty. The palace is spectacular and has a library that is out of this world! Do not miss seeing the pantheons where it is rumored many of the king's illegitimate children are buried.
