Casablanca is a large modern city hardly reminiscent of the movie by the same name. It boasts very few tourist attractions, with the exception of the luxurious and architecturally elaborate Hassan II Mosque. I would definitely stop in Casa again just to see this mosque, although I would head out shortly thereafter for another locale. It is the only mosque open to non-Muslims in all of Morocco. * |
