Las Vegas

by engitalunion - last update: Apr 1, 2005

It's changed alot in 10 years

-- or Paris
The themed hotels are excellent --many have shopping centres ,theatres, restaurants ,bars , gyms, beauty rooms, swimming pools and of course huge Casino's .

It is impossible to visualise what they are like without visiting despite the many excellent descriptions on VT .

Many 1st class restaurants to keep you away from the slots ! For us brits and with the current exchange rate most things are about half price ..... Go its fun !
-- or Venice
If your room is on the 1st floor you get their by Gondola --true !
-- New York

Well, your helicopter to the GC was a much better experience than ours. We flew there, then got the helicopter. The day was expensive and very disappointing - apart from the canyon.

I've been to Vegas twice this year and have yet to put up my pages. You're right though, you have to go to Vegas to experience it.

You are sooooooooooo right about strech limos being tacky. Couldn't have done the helcopter ride, a height/flying thing but I bet it was brill.
