    • If you asked me where to stay in Lexington, I would tell you The Battle Green Inn & Suites. This cozy little inn is located right in the middle of the downtown in a great location, within walking distance to the Battle Green and all restaurants and shopping. From the outside the Inn may look a bit antiquated with its old neon sign, but inside it is comfy and homey. They even have their own parking garage, which is real plus in a town where parking can be a problem. Wheelchair accessable rooms. Rates vary with the season.

    Holiday Inn Express Lexington: Budget Hotel Alternative   Check Rates

    • If you are on a budget and trying to save money when visiting Lexington then the Holdiay Inn Express could be the place for you. It is a nice, clean little motel with an outdoor pool and free parking. However, thier promotional materials suggest that they are in the downtown area by stating that are in "Historic Lexington", when in fact they are about 2 miles outside of the town center on the far side of the higway on the Bedford town line. Restaurant choices within walking distance of this hotel are limited to Denny's.

    Sheraton Lexington Inn: A Fancier Hotel Alternative   Check Rates

    • The Sheraton Lexington is located well outside of the downtown in a lovely wooded area close to Rte. 128. It is a bit more upscale than the Holiday Inn Express and the Battle Green Inn. It would also likely be the best option for business travelers as they have a full service restaurant as well as a health club here, which the other Lexington hotels do not.
