Yalta - a well known place in the Crimea=)
The ones who have lots of money can afford really high-class rest there in expensive hotels.
The ones who really enjoy just travelling and seeing around of course will enjoy too, though the beaches are not good at all.

What a powerful city Yalta must be: at the border of modern Europe, the birthplace of late XX century Europe, so far and remote for most western Europeans. Fascinating.
