"Getting out of Bangkok 2 Puhket" Phuket by balisunshine

After spending a week in Bangkok,
I was so ready to leave the stress.

Our desire was to visit Phang-Nga bay,
so we decided to take the plane down to Phuket
spend a couple of nights there
and work our way up.

There are several flights during the day
to fly your way down.
Rates depend on the airlines you fly on,
and the time of departure during the day.

But calculate on spending around 1800 Bahts
up to 2500 Bahts for a one way ticket.

We flew on Thai Air which,
was a comfortable one hour flight.

You are allowed 20 kilos of luggage,
so make sure to bare that in mind.

Other options include going down by bus,
or by choo choo train
at an even cheaper rate.

Girly strutting her stuff

In the past 10 years or so,
venues for sexual entertainment
have mushroomed in Puhket.

Tourism from all over the world
come to look for the local entertainment provided.

Go-Go Bars with private rooms,
massage parlors, and
plenty of brothels

They cater to gay,
or hetero sexual tourists
and Thai nationals.

Prostitution is definitely on the rise.
Many of these working girls,
boys or girlies, come from very poor families
and this is a way to survive.

Call it pathetic
or call it paradise.
I guess it all depends
are what you are looking for.

But what I can say is,
it is definitely there,
right in your face.

With sex operations on the rise,
creating fabulous looking girlies,
just make sure you’re getting what you expect.
