I feel soooo good!!!
With Bali’s mystical powers,
you might just get the urge
to do a little good for yourself.
A cleanse?
Or a DETOX
to refresh yourself internally?
Why not?
After a few consultations,
and following the advice
on holistic remedies
of a local nutritionist,
I myself am so thankful
for the wonderful improvements
that I feel and see in my health
and on my body.
Not only have I witness and lived
a major weight loss, glowing skin,
and an improvement on my health issues,
but I have also witnessed a friend of mine,
cure herself of a tumor of which
the western doctors had advised her to operate on.
A large part of the treatment is based on nutrition
and another part on holistic remedies.
Despite on how intense you want to go for it,
you will definitely walk out of the consultation
learning and understanding a lot more
about how your body relies on good nutrition.
You will also learn how to replace
the bad habits with good ones.
Consultations with Liat Solomon
at the time of my visit
cost 600,000 Rp and last 2-3 hours.

If exquisite pampering

This property offers interesting
architectural feature as you enter the grounds.
All constructed with the finest of materials.
You’ll cross the iron wooden bridge

the setting of this sap offers
what we may envision
what a spa in Bali could be.

Feeling like a million dollars at The Legian
There comes a time,
every here and then,
where I indulge in
a little bit of self pampering.
One of my favorite treats
is to have a coffee or a cocktail
at the Legian Hotel.
With a spectacular beach front view,
of one of those inspiring sunsets,
this is the place where I like to go.
Prices are a bit steeper here
than most other places,
but you know what?
I'm worth it.
And I am sure,
so are you.
So kick back,
take sip,
feel like a million dollars
and enjoy!

Flowers
On the day of my birthday in Bali,
I decided to treat myself with the gift
of a session of yoga at sunset.
Having recently arrived,
I did not know of too many classes.
But on a prior evening while watching the sunset
at the Legian Hotel in Seminyak,
one of the staff mention that yoga classes
were held there.
And so I made a date with myself to go.
The times and days of classes occasionally change,
so checking with the schedule is recommended.
Classes including taxes are 60,500 Rp
Wayan Murcus Wistika,
is the teacher there.
He teaches Ashtanga & Ivengar Yoga,
to the guests and outsiders are welcomed too.
At the current time,
morning and evening sessions are offered.
He is also available outside of his time scheduled
giving classes at the Legian
for private sessions of 1hour
at 100,000 Rp for as many people desired
which, may divide this fee.
After attending classes in various parts of the world
with various different teachers,
I found Marcus to be not only very conscious & aware
but an excellent teacher as well.
