With funds reserved for this
Sabbatical Journey coming to an end,
comes the moment of meditation and evaluation
of the many lessons that I have learned
during these past 14 months.
By feeling frustration
in my attempts to serve
within humanitarian organizations,
I realized that one needs not just to help large groups,
but that one can share and extend great compassion
to individuals that one meets, day to day.
Creating boundaries with awareness
and consciously choosing the
energies that surround me;
has taught me to forgive by releasing
disappointment, resentment, pain,
by not expecting.
After all,
we do, all see the world
through different eyes.
When Letting Go,
one needs not just to focus on
detachment of situations or materialism;
but apply it to emotions, judgments and thoughts
while flowing with the currents of life.
Facing the unknown,
has taught me to have faith
in my inner voice, the universe
and what is destine to come.
Learning and growing has been
the most rewarding part of this journey,
teaching my restless spirit,
that happiness is an inside job.
and allowing my inner-core
to grow stronger each day.
As a result with this
Sabbatical Journey coming to an end,
and with the moment to face
what the world calls 'reality'
I scan new horizons and know that
there is so much more to learn,
with new opportunities to come.
So I steer my life into a new direction,
abandoning the option to settle back in
Miami, what for me would be a comfort zone,
giving me the alternative
for
Bali to embrace me,
calling it my new home.
Nothing is permanent.
And in knowing this,
I start a new chapter in my life with
new experiences and projects in the making.
I hope that some of you,
will take the courage and the time to
visit me and share some of the pages
in this new chapter of my life.
It's about helping each other grow.
For now,
the time of sharing
these Travel Diaries
with you all,
has come to:
The End.It's all good!
Lots of Love and Peace to you all,
Namaste
