Melbourne is a very nice and interesting place to visit: Old wide streets with old-fashioned trams and horse-carriages, Victorian architecture, beautiful gardens and parks everywhere, nice and stylish people - a must for fans of culture, art, fashion, and horse-racing (of course!). In my opinion, the city of Melbourne has more boutiques and clothes-shops than supermarkets. You can see women walk around in hats, businessmen in the financial district, but also lots of tourists and shoppers - in short, Melbourne has a lot to offer!

The Yarra river is the favorite spot for all Melbournians. They love to dwell there more than at St. Kilda Beach. Many attractions and expositions can be found on the Southbank.
