Mahébourg is the major fishing port of Mauritius. It situated just a few kilometres from the airport, but as there isn't a beach, it doesn't get many tourists. It's a good base to start and end your Mauritius adventure. |

It is surprising to know that express buses to Port Louis and Curepipe does not stop at the airport. Though categorized as an Express, it should have service to a very important point of the area for its clients' convenience. | mvtouring Thu Sep 13, 2007 13:34 UTC
