Esperance is a nice little town in the Southeastern corner of Western Australia. It's has some of the most beautiful beaches I've seen.
Apart from being a holidays destination, Esperance is also a major agriculture centre, being the port for the surrounding wheatbelt.

Birgit, I have never heard of this place in Australia, but I must admit that I have never been to Australia. Esperance seems to have some fine beaches with great sandy dunes.

Wow I can’t imagine a pink lake that would be interesting to see. The white dunes & the pristine beaches in your pictures are so beautiful like you I can NOT imagine how Twilight Beach could have been even better !

nice page on Esperance. I was there in Jun and agrees that it has one of the nicest beaches in the world. Cape Le Grand NP was beautiful!
