"Lauterbrunnen Valley" Lauterbrunnen by AcornMan

Lauterbrunnen Travel Guide: 262 reviews and 779 photos

With its unique twin waterfalls and spectacular view of the valley, Lauterbrunnen is the gateway to the Lauterbrunnen Vally, where you'll also find the villages of Wengen and Murren among others.

My personal opinion is that Lauterbrunnen would not be a great place to stay, but that Wengen, just a short distance away, would be a terrific base of operations for touring the Lauterbrunnen Valley and Jungraujoch region.

Murren was one of my favorite places in Swizerland. I love the trip to Schilthorn and Piz Gloria.
