This was about the first thing we saw as we entered Victoria Station from Gatwick. I would love to see the photo she is getting done. We both laughed and just thought, "Crazy Brits" but know that they are no stranger or crazier than we are. There was a sign posted by the figure explaining that it was part of a promotion for the launch of a new televison series, "London Ink." I hope they are successful as this is an eye-catching and entertaining bit of art.
