It is not the wise thing to change your money in the airport.
they gives you a very bad amount of exchange.
try to use another exchanger in the downtown or so they gives you better rates.

Unfortunly Italy is a very little speaking english country.
once you are there in information they are not even speak english so you should try to use your mind and hands in order to understand.
people in shops and bla bla are with no english too,maybe this is the main problem of Italy I've met.
