Another beautiful town in the Cinque Terre!! Just follow the seaside hiking trail up the coastline from Riomaggiore, through Manarola, past Corniglia, and you shall arrive at the Vernazza!!
Vernazza is, as its companion four towns, a beautifully serene quaint town!!! It has one of the most breathtaking views on the trail as you hike from Vernazza to Monterroso al Mare. As far as I understand, it is also the only one of the five towns that has a natural harbor!! The five towns of course provide a nice respite for the dusty hike. Have some gelato in Vernazza on your way through and don't forget to capture the stunning view from the trail on your way to Monterroso al Mare!!! |
