My wife and I wanted to visit NYC for a very long time.
Actually we had planned this trip in 2001 but since wife was pregnant we thought it was better to avoid long haul flights.
I started planning for this trip far ahead. This trip was made up of 6 nights in Union City NJ , 2 nights in Miami and 7 nights onboard the Explorer of The Seas.
We stayed at our aunt and uncle Joe & Edwidge who live in Union City NJ.
Uncle Joe was very helpfull giving me tips prior to our visit.
We travelled with our near 3 year old Nicole Marie and left Malta to Heathrow from where we took the plane to New Ark. The place where my uncle lives is just a 20 minute bus ride to Port Authority so it was the perfect place to explore NYC.
I nthe 6 nights we spent , we managed to see the major attractions and do nto forget that we were travelling with a child and we used the subway and our feet all the time.
DAY 1
On our first day i.e after a 3hr flight to ondon, 6 hr wait at airport and then 7 hr flight to New york City and 6 hr sleep we went to Coney Island, the NY Aquarium which is right beside Coney Island, then took subway back to Manhattan where we stopped at Herald Square and went up the Empire State Building.

Day 2
We took the 3 hr Harbour Cruise then we walked around and went to see Central Station, RockFeller Centre, Chrysler Bldg and did some shopping.

Day 3.
We went to Jersey Gardens Shopping Mall.

Day 4
We went to Bronx Zoo.

Day 5
We went to WTC site and Century 21, Central ark then walked all the way back to Port Authority to see the lights at Time Square.

Day 6
We spent walking around shopping and I took the UN tour.

Again we visited NYC and stayed with our Uncle Joe and Aunty Edwidge in Union City NJ.
We spent 6 nights here before visiting Washington D.C ,Niagara Falls and Toronto.
During our visit this time we visited the American Natural History Musem, Six Flags Adventure Park, China Town and also crossed the Brooklyn Bridge.
