More then just a tourist island! | Plakia Bay seen through the Kotsifu Gorge |
I used to think that Crete was just another tourist packed island and when I first arrived in Heraklion and surroundings those thoughts, with a few exceptions, seemed right but when I travelled southwards I found the real Crete in all its beauty! |
|  | My itinerary went through the window.... Since I had only 12 days on this first trip to Crete I made a travel schedule so I would be able to see as much as possible but once I got to Plakias that whole schedule went through the window because I just couldn't leave there..:-) |
